Savour the different textures and tastes of Asia’s favourite grain in Chef Christopher Tan’s rice-based recipes. Hakka-inspired steamed dumplings enclosing a filing of fresh radish and preserved radish within soft glutinous rice skins. Minced pork balls coated with sticky rice grains and steamed until tender and juicy. And lastly ending off with a two-layered Malay steamed dessert made with fresh pandan leaves, coconut milk and rice flour for a complete, nutritious meal for the family!

Miele Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change the venue, reschedule or cancel any workshop in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that this happens, we will contact you and offer an alternative date or a full refund.


Classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, and only participants with payment will have their seats reserved.


Miele Culinary Workshops are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend the workshop, you can either transfer your reservation to another person, or inform us at least one week in advance, and we will try to move your reservation to an alternative date if seats are available. No shows will be charged 50% of the participant fee.


Miele Culinary workshops are cooking demonstrations. We try our best to cater for a variety of tastes and requirements. If you have any specific dietary requirements or food allergies, please inform us at info@miele.com.sg at least 96 hours before the day of your event. Please note that nuts are used within our kitchens and we cannot guarantee a nut free environment.
