Miele’s Black Edition ONE FOR ALL is full-bodied and aromatic with a subtle fruity note – for a unique flavour experience. With its balanced aroma, the ONE FOR ALL blend – made from 100 % arabica beans – is particularly versatile: it is ideal for a delicious café crema or espresso, or any type of coffee speciality with milk.

For perfect coffee enjoyment, we offer our own Miele coffee varieties, the Miele Black Edition, so you can always prepare your coffee specialities with the optimum coffee beans. The result is typically Miele: simply unique!

The composition of different bean types, their quality and the blend ratio are what make up the flavour of each coffee. Four fine bean types were selected for the exclusive Miele Black Edition coffee blends. The cherries are left on the plant until ripe and then harvested and sorted by hand. The result: a harmonious and beautifully aromatic coffee that provides a unique flavour experience.

For us, fairness goes without saying. For that reason all Miele Black Edition coffees are certified as Fairtrade products. As a pioneer amongst Fairtrade products, coffee is making a valuable contribution towards improving the living and working conditions of coffee growers and their families in developing countries. Buying Fairtrade products also contributes to the protection of the environment.

Every company producing or distributing ecologically grown produce must be certified according to EU rules on organic farming in order to market products within the EU. This certification covers growing, processing, transportation, warehousing and trading. Not just our partner, private coffee-roasting company Vollmer, boasts organic certification – Miele, too, has certification as a warehousing agent and dealer in organic coffee. *

Good flavour is also dependent on how the coffee is stored. To preserve the full aroma of Black Edition, the coffee comes in aroma-proof bags. A valve allows gases released from the coffee to escape to prevent the bag from overinflating. As aroma may escape from the bag over a longer period of storage time, we recommend using the coffee within 18 months. Of course the coffee can still be used after that time frame.

If you want to ensure perfect results when preparing your favourite coffee with a Miele coffee machine so that you can enjoy its full aroma, you need to experiment a little bit. By trying out a few different options, you can easily find the right settings that suit your type of coffee perfectly. For best results the following settings are important: portion size, quantity of coffee, brewing temperature, pre-brewing and degree of grinding.
