EcoDry technology
Short programme running times, low consumption
More time and money for the important things in life thanks to short running times and low energy consumption.
Miele EcoDry technology guarantees long-term low energy consumption and short drying times. Thanks to the effective interaction between the patented* Miele filtration system and the maintenance-free heat exchanger, fluff cannot clog up the heat exchanger, which would otherwise cause blockages and reduce power output over time. With EcoDry, Miele heat-pump dryers constantly work economically – over the entire life of the appliance.

PerfectDry precision drying
Gentle laundry care to perfection
Soft and fluffy laundry: PerfectDry ensures your laundry is never too damp or too dry.
With this system, your laundry dries perfectly – even if the water contains significant amounts of calcium. This is by no means the norm on machines without PerfectDry as the calcium content in the water influences residual moisture sensing – in turn impacting on drying results. PerfectDry takes the current calcium content of water into account and precisely adjusts the drying process, ensuring that the selected drying level is always achieved.
Being leak-proof is very important with regard to the quality of a tumble dryer. The less moist, warm air escaping from the appliance, the higher the condensation effect. High levels of moisture escaping into a closed room are also very unpleasant: condensation on walls can result in mould and damage the fabric of a building. Miele tumble dryers achieve optimum leak-proof values and consequently the highest condensation efficiency class.

Add large & small items even after programme start
Whether it's a pair of jeans, a blouse or just a sock: thanks to the AddLoad function, you can easily add any laundry items that you've forgotten – up until shortly before the end of the programme. Operation is easy: press the “Start / Add laundry” button to stop the programme.
All Miele heat-pump dryers feature integrated condensed water drainage with a hose tidy. As a result, you can pump out condensate into a sink or a siphon and save yourself the trouble of emptying the condensate container.

Maintenance-free heat exchanger
Constantly low energy consumption
Save time and energy: a filter protects the heat exchanger so it no longer requires cleaning.
In Miele heat-pump dryers, the heat exchanger is protected by an effective filter system and does not require cleaning. This ensures constant low energy consumption – throughout the entire service life of the appliance.
The ProfiEco motor from Miele is a powerful inverter drive and is also extremely economical and quiet. As the motor is electronically controlled, it does not require carbon brushes, which means it has no wear. For many years of efficient and convenient laundry care.
The unique honeycomb structure lifts the laundry higher in the rotating drum. Items hover for longer in the warm air stream which results in more uniform drying. Air pockets form in the individual hexagons and cushion the fall of laundry. This ensures that your laundry is treated much more gently and is less creased after drying making ironing easier. It also simplifies ironing considerably.
Heat-pump technology
Protects the environment and your clothes
Environmentally friendly and gentle: drying at low temperatures protects both the environment and your clothes.
Tumble dryers with heat pumps are known predominantly for their energy efficiency. They dry your laundry especially economically. But the low temperatures of the heat-pump technology also protect the high-quality fibres of your laundry. This allows you to dry delicate textiles with convenience.
Anti-crease
Looser laundry after drying
Practically crease-free: the laundry is loosened regularly after the programme has finished, preventing creasing.
If you cannot remove your laundry immediately after the end of the drying programme, the anti-crease action ensures that the items are loosened up at regular intervals to prevent excessive creasing.
